  5. TM (Trade Mark details).
  6. Consent letter – From BIS approved lab
  7. Plant layout
  8. Location layout.
  9. List of Mfg. machinery & their details (As for BIS format in excel sheet)
  10. List of raw materials, Supplier details Tax invoice & their test certificate from BIS approved lab /Company (As for BIS format in excel sheet)
  11. Production flow chart & their Step by Step details.
  12. List of laboratory instrument, Calibration certificate & their details (As for BIS format in excel sheet)
  13. Lab Quality person details (ID proof , Appointment letter, Passport size photo & their passing certificate )
